Fattoria di Poggiopiano, in the municipality of Fiesole, is just a few steps away from the historic centre of Florence and situated at the crossroads of the main routes that connect the most important art cities in our Region: Siena, Lucca, Pisa, San Gimignano… can be reached in 45-60 minutes by car but also by public transport from Florence train station.

In spite of its limited surface, Chianti offers many things to see in a day driving along the Via Chiantigiana that starts off just 3.5 miles (6 kms) from Poggiopiano. Chianti is not only one of the most renowned and appreciated areas in Tuscany, but also a marvellous wine. Wine tastings and winery visits are one of the main attractions in the region.
