Included in the rate:

• In every room and apartment it is possible to add a cot for a 3-year-old or younger baby, upon request.
• Linen and towel: clean towels are provided each 3 days, clean linen provided weekly.
• Daily cleaning for the bedrooms. For the apartments the cleaning service can be requested for 15,00 euros per room. The last cleaning is included. Anyway, the room must be left in order.
• Parking: free inside the property. A free public parking is available in the square of the village, near the bus stop.
• Electricity, heating, water (drinkable), hair dryer, complimentary toiletries, gas for the kitchenette, VAT.
• Use of the swimming pool and the garden furniture all the year round.
• Wi-Fi internet free in all the rooms/apartments.

Not included:

• Tourist tax: 2,50 €/night/person over 8 years old for the first 10 nights
• Breakfast: 9 €/person/day
• Extra towels change: 8 €/person
• Extra towels and bed linen change: 12 €/person
• Small/Medium size dogs and cats: 5 €/pet/night

Booking conditions:

• Confirmation deposit upon booking: 30% of the total (or the amount of one night for periods shorter than 3 nights) by bank transfer or credit card.
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Bancomat and American Express.

Security deposit:
150,00 € to deposit on arrival

Cancellation policy:
Free cancellation until 3 days before the arrival. 100% penal of the total for a late cancellation or no show.
